Local start-up skincare brand Encorium launched its first product, a multi-active serum — CE3 Brightening Buffet, which contains 18 per cent L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), tocotrienols, tocopherols and ferulic acid. Based on user feedback, it works at least two times faster than some popular brands.
